This can be seen in the decreasing percentage of Company sales from Europe in recent years. One aspect to the Company’s global strategy is to achieve increased balance of sales across all of its operating regions, thus allowing it to become less dependent on specific markets. In the fiscal year ended December 31, 2021, sales to automotive OEMs accounted for approximately 61% of the Company’s total sales.
